Manufacture
Your saddle will be manufactured for you to
your own order specifications/s.
Please allow 10-15 working days from date of
order for your saddle to be manufactured and
despatched.
Payment
You will be required to pay the £30 trial
fee together with the full cost price of the
seat when you place your order. All prices
and fees quoted are subject to VAT at the
prevailing rate.
Return of Goods on Trial
You are required to notify us within *10
working days if you wish to return your saddle seat back to us. Returns will
only be accepted if requested within the 10day trial period.
IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS *You are required to
retain all packaging for return purposes.
We are unable to send our nominated courier
for any collection where the original
packaging has not been retained for safe
return of the goods. We will be required to
disassemble and re-pack the seat (as it was
originally received) to ensure its safe
return. Our couriers will collect the item
for return from you Monday-Friday during
normal working hours, no times can be
specified with this collection service. Upon
safe receipt of goods back to our factory we
will refund you the original cost of the
seat. The £30 trial fee is not refundable. We do request that you take
reasonable care of your seat whilst it is in
your care and any undue excess damage or
breakages (apart from the expected wear)
will be charged accordingly.
Goods that are kept
For all trial seats that are kept after the
10day trial period we will refund you the
£30 trial fee.
If you have not
contacted us after the 10day period has
elapsed we will automatically refund you the
£30 trial fee. |
