Guidelines
Manufacture
Your saddle will be manufactured to
your own order specification. Please
allow 10-15 days from order for your
saddle to be manufactured and
despatched.
Payment
You will be required to pay £30
trail fee together with the full
cost price of the seat when you
place your order. All prices and
fees are subject to VAT.
Seats that are Kept
For trial seats that are kept after
the 10 day trial period we will
refund the £30 trial fee. If you
have not contacted us after the
10-day trial period has elapsed we
will automatically refund the £30
trial fee.
Return of Seats on Trial
You are required to notify us within
10 working days after receipt if you
wish to return your saddle seat so
we can arrange collection. Upon safe
return we will refund you the
original cost of the seat. The £30
trial fee is not refundable.
Important Return Instructions: You
will be required to disassemble and
re-pack the seat in its original
packaging and box to ensure safe
return. Our nominated couriers
collect Monday-Friday during normal
working hours, no times can be
specified. Please ensure you pack
thoroughly and obtain a carrier
receipt.
We request that you take reasonable
care of your seat during your trail.
Areas covered
We offer trials to all UK mainland
areas. We are unable to offer trials
to Ireland, offshore, and overseas
destinations.
